GREEN PEPPER, RED PEPPER, AND BLACK OLIVE PIZZA

Pizza dough
Filling
  • 250 g flour
  • 125 ml water
  • 10 g fresh yeast
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 400 g Maestrella Shredded Mozzarella
  • 100 g tomato sauce
  • 1 small green bell pepper
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 5 pitted black olives
  • Oregano

THE STEPS OF THE RECIPE

Preparation

Dissolve the yeast in the water and let it stand for 10 minutes. 

Put the flour in a large bowl, make a well, and add the oil, salt, sugar, and dissolved yeast. 

Knead for 5 minutes, shape into a ball, cover with a damp tea towel, and let rest for 1 hour. 

Preheat your oven to 210°C. 

In the meantime, slice the red bell peppers and olives into rings and dice the green bell pepper. 

Roll the pizza dough out on a floured work surface.  

Spread the tomato sauce onto the dough, sprinkle with shredded Mozzarella, and top with the green pepper, slices of red pepper, and black olives. Bake for 25 minutes.  

Serve immediately!
